Support:

Home Individual – R395-00 Fixed rate

Business – R395-00 per hour… Billable to a maximum of 3 hours

In the event that the problem is due to a third party vendor issue outside of ITTS Africa’s control a call out fee of R225-00 will be charged…

Laptop and Mac Repairs:

R395-00 per hour… Billable to a maximum of 2 hours – Any work taking longer than an hour and where parts are required will be quoted first.

iPad Repairs:

R275-00 Fixed rate

An Inspection fee of R225-00 will be billed for all quote rejections.
