How it works

  1. For support, the customer double clicks on the "ITTS Africa Support" Icon on their desktop.
  2. The customer can put in a brief description of the problem and then click on "Start Session".
  3. A support technician will accept the incoming session and immediately provide assistance.
  4. The customer can see exactly what the support technician is doing on their computer screen.
  5. Once the problem has been resolved the technician will close the session.
  6. A new session can only be initiated by the customer.
